Our host, Donna, was thorough in greeting us with instructions on alarm system, comforts, and amenities. Great job with breakfast each day and baked goods in the afternoon. Location was perfect for walking into town and Victoria Park. Adequate parking.
More interaction with other guests. The parlor was not used by anyone but me. Of course, this is more a reflection on other guests rather than the host.

Property is very pretty and very clean. Location is great for walking to Charlottetown. The owner was a wealth of information.
My only complaint was that I had to shut off the a/c while I blow dried my hair. It happened to be very hot one of the days.

The breakfast was so nice - the food was delicious, but the other guests and the hostess, Donna, were lovely and we enjoyed spending time just chatting and hearing other travel tips and thoughts. The location was a bit out of the "thick"of Queen St., but we liked the quick drive (2 minutes on a rainy day) or 15 minute walk through the town or along the harbor. It was wonderfully quiet on River Road and that was nice. We had a private balcony, which we enjoyed in the evening.
