Beautiful inside and out. Chris was lovely to deal with and showed so much care and kindness ensuring our stay was perfect! The location is in walking distance to the downtown core and we felt very safe even at night.
Breakfast was excellent and different both days we stayed there.
Highly recommend!!

Location is wonderful. Access to coffee and tea and snacks is lovely. Room was clean, but a little outdated.
We were told to press buzzer for assistance and someone would come when necessary....after about 45 minutes of various button pushing, a note left on front counter, I finally was able to snag a person in the hallway to help. Our TV wasn't set up in such a way to view, and for $300 if we want to watch TV then we should be able to. But the lack of assistance was the real issue. The rooms are not very soundproof...as in an old building sort of way. And the pillows are like little flat pieces of stiff foam...very strange.
