Comfortable and perfectly located

Very comfortable, hosts very helpful, self serve continental breakfast, close to the city center Side note: the massage parlor next door is worth a try, the head shoulder acupressure massage was wonderful

Okay for a very short stay.

Good location and very nice hosts. Fruit and nuts provided at breakfast were nice.

Felt a bit like student accomodation - although Covid restrictions were lifted, they were still applied in this hotel, which meant the room was not cleaned at all during the stay and you had to ask for clean towels when you saw the owners, Dishes had to be rinsed and put in a dishwasher, not something we expected to have to do in a hotel. The jet bath did not work and breakfast was pretty basic.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in Charlottetown and this B&B made our stay more enjoyable

The location was excellent, right downtown and was near to most restaurants, attractions and shops. The place was quiet and very clean. The continental breakfast with fresh fruit was excellent. David and Helen were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this B&B.

Wonderful hosts, charming place.

They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I had requested thicker blankets when I booked because I thought it would be cold, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was warm enough. I like that they thought about almost everything a guest might need, and provided that to the best of their ability. That said, the property is also well located and close to restaurants, pubs, the water, etc. And it’s very charming too - I’ve never slept in a place with stained glass windows!

Nothing - would have been nice if the breakfast was hot, but what was provided was generous and filling, so no complaints there.

Fun place to stay!

Our room and little kitchen were great. Fun wallpaper and very clean updated space. Comfortable bed and stocked with kitchen needs. Very good continental breakfast with fresh fruit, plus other goodies not typical with a continental. Would definitely recommend.

The location and breakfast made for a great one night stay.

The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Expecting basic continental, but fruit and variety of breakfast items were bountiful.

The TV/set top box was malfunctioning. Luckily we didn't go to Charlottetown to watch TV.

Charming three-night stay for exploring Charlottetown and surrounding areas

Love the character and unique themes of each guest suite! Very convenient location, clean and comfortable. Lovely, helpful hosts; great wifi connection; decent breakfast. Would happily stay here again!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this lovely gem!

The location was within walking distance of historic Charlottetown and MANY fabulous restaurants. The breakfast was good and the room was small but cozy and comfortable! Nice to have free parking while we could walk most places we wanted to go! Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Charlottetown we know we will stay there again!!!

I have sat here thinking and could not think of anything!
