Beautiful building and great location. Good layout and modern bathroom.
No elevator; shame the dinning room and kitchen weren’t open.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to downtown area.
My husband left his therapeutic pillow there. We realized it and called within two hours of leaving. When we called, the staff told us it had not been found. It took four phone calls and our insistence that they checked the room again for them to finally find it. The housekeeping person had found it and assumed it was just an extra pillow in the room and stuffed it in the closet. They did not tell anybody that they had found an extra pillow, even though it had a homemade pillowcase on it.
This caused a lot of angst for us as he really needs that pillow for therapeutic reasons.
The bathroom was quite small and there was little space to put anything as it only has a pedestal sink.
The climb up three stories was also a negative as there is no elevator.

I liked the proximity to sites. I also liked the historic feel of the main building. The cleaning staff was very helpful when we lost our car key temporarily.
We were traveling with young kids and there were NO kids TV channels. The coffee and tea offered could have been improved. The staff didn’t seem welcoming. There was a sock and rag left behind from a previous family that did not get picked up, in a very obvious spot.
