Staff were friendly. The location was excellent. The breakfast was good.
The bathroom: the only hook was off the wall; no towel racks; no grab bars; grout needed attention. The room itself was comfy, but the bathroom was definitely not 5 star. We did bring this with a staff member who said he could have the hook repaired tomorrow, but we were leaving.

Location and had room for us last minute, staff were exceptional and facilities were very good, access to tea and coffee and water. Lovely places in and out to sit and relax and free parking.
Our room just above reception and dining room and was quite noisy at times and food smells permeated the room.

Location and size
Cleanliness. Very dust, not cleaned under couches, cushions, beds, cupboards. Lights blown, batteries dead in remotes. Needs a good thorough cleaning everywhere
