Location is great Fitness centre is good,view of the harbour very nice.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. However some of the areas are looking “tired”. The window seat cushion is quite sun bleached and held some stains. Spilled drinks, water but certainly doesn’t look great. The carpet is also looking a little worn.

Great location, on waterfront and very central on the main street. Nice views from 8th floor.
Very comfortable and spacious rooms

Check in & check-out procedure was quick and efficient
Restaurant service is a disgrace. Appallingly slow. Breakfast we were placed at one end table and forgotten about. No salt/pepper on the tables, did not return to take our orders so we got the Buffett, didn’t bother to ask us for tea, and by the time they finally delivered it, we had to leave for our tour. Second morning again very slow service. Lots of very young waitresses with no obvious supervision or coordination. The lady on the table next to us was so incensed at the delay in getting her breakfast, she demanded a refund.
The bathroom has no ventilation so smells lingered.
The taxi ordered through the hotel to take us to the airport turned up 10 minutes late - no apologies; perhaps not the hotels fault but it didn’t help.
Grossly overpriced for the facilities and service.
