Good location, good parking and comfortable. It’s is well equipped.
Description is a bit deceptive, it should say one family bathroom and a toilet downstairs. The cleanliness could be improved and some checks on safety as a number of sockets were loose and in with inappropriate fixings. The bins were a mess and sadly the owner never send the invoice I requested as we are building surveyors staying.

The house was lovely and in a great location for walking in to town and for Inch Park. It was roomy, had a driveway and garden and wifi. Good communication
I booked this house as it said it was 2 bathroom so I was disappointed to find it only had one bathroom and a toilet downstairs. Although it can accommodate 6 people, the kitchen table is quite small and there is not enough seats for 6 people around the table. There was a lot of food left in the cupboards some of which is out of date. The outside bins at the back were overflowing. No wardrobes in 2 of the bedrooms. Couldn't use coffee machine as it needs descaled. An information booklet would be nice, things to do around the area, how to use things in the house and if we need to strip the beds etc.

Very clean and tidy, Decor was good, well lighted and everything was well thought of… exactly as shown in the pictures.
Someone blocked the driveway but moved their car later so a little hassle.

Excellent location with easy access to Perth, Dundee and the surrounding attractions. The house was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely garden to relax in. Great parking and an excellent base for exploring Perthshire.
A few of the floorboards creak, but it was only a minor issue and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, an excellent property.
