This was a comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location. Being off the main road and close to all the major places in Perth made it a pleasant stay. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped making it a good place to relax as well as work.
The mattress in the master suite was soft. I would have been concerned if staying with children as the screws at the top of the stairs are prominent and the toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose. Simple maintenance will fix it but it shouldn't need a review.

The entire set-up was modern, top-class and was complete.
Location; can’t be more central than that. The apartment look and feel was very modern and clean.

Lovely, very spacious flat in central location opposite the museum. Both bedrooms were excellent with comfy super king beds. Good value for money. I’d definitely stay again although good to sort out few issues.
Access using keyboard pad was tricky.. often took a while to respond and one outside flat door didn’t recognise code at all. Luckily I called and the person I spoke to responded very quickly and sorted me out with a new code.
Lighting in living space could be better. Choice of only two ceiling spotlights or one central light. Sofa in apartment I was given only sat 3 people so no comfy seating for 4th person. Left hand blind in living room broken.
Salt and pepper wound be good to provide.

The location of the property was right in the middle of the town centre but it was very quiet. Everything needed for a weekend stay was already there. Crockery and cutlery were of excellent quality. Shower was wonderful and bed was very comfortable
Climbing the stairs with our suitcases but we knew that we would be doing that before booking
