Very well located with convenient parking, and the host kindly let us park there for the full day prior to check in too. Clear check-in instructions and great communication. The apartment itself is beautiful, well equipped and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We really loved that both rooms had a full size mirror too as this is something that hosts often forget, and it made getting ready for our evening out much easier. We only stayed one night but it certainly appeared to have everything you may need for a longer stay. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to friends
Very minor point and something that may lie with the building owner rather than the property host - the instructions said the door at street level would be unlocked, which it was, but that door didn't actually appear to close properly at all. The actual apartment door is fully secure and we felt very safe once inside, but as two young women we would have felt more comfortable if we'd been able to properly close the ground-floor level door behind us when we arrived back late in the evening

We loved staying here. The flat was tastefully decorated, with a fabulous amount of space and comfortable furniture. Beds were cosy, and we all had a great night's sleep. The walk-in shower was amazing.
The restaurant downstairs was a great bonus, and the food was phenomenal. We can highly recommend the mussels and risotto.
The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay again and will be recommending to friends and family.

What a fantastic flat in a city center location! Great value for money, very cozy and comfortable. There were couple of tiny general 'wear and tear's but nothing worth noting and the host is aware. The communication with the host was excellent; they are very responsive and accommodating. I contacted the host when I couldn't locate something and they sent a member of staff immediately to assist. We have really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is very cosy or COORIE and conveniently located near High St., with very short distance to the Perth Museum, Perth Art Gallery, local restaurants, pubs and shops. It's very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and well equipped. The car park place is a great bonus and location allows reaching nearby attractions with ease. The owners are easy going and communicative, with great attention to detail. We were really happy that we chose this location for our stay. Thank you 🙂
