Great location with paid parking nearby. Nicely presented property at the top of a spiral staircase. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was ideal for us as 3 friends looking for a central venue to get together.

Beautiful big bedrooms (huge twin room!) and lovely sized bathroom. Living room had a very tranquil feel to it and I loved the well-appointed kitchen. Quiet, secure and comfortable. Responsive, helpful host. Stairs up to property not too demanding as steps are shallow. Excellent shower with consistent flow and temperature. Very good storage space.
It did get extremely hot on final day being on the top floor, even with all blinds and curtains having been left drawn all day when I went out, but it should be noted this was during official heatwave conditions. I was busy and out most of the day so if there was a fan in the property I may have missed seeing it.

exactly as described, clean, bright and airy and great space. good central location
no nearby parking - all pay to park and a bit of a walk from the apartment. Lots of the parking available but only for 4 hour max stints, so this was a little challenging.
downstairs access door lock was broken, so not secure.

Ideal location to explore Perth, quiet and roomy, having smart tv a bonus!
The bed wasn’t very comfortable and would expect the option of 2 pillows each.

missed the update from the host - used the wrong pin from Booking.Com
quickly resolved
The apartment is lovely, just a pity it's on the top floor and one of the neighbours below hates booking.com & airbnb. She was very vocal when we were heading to the flat, spoiled our time there

Our host gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment and everything went smoothly on arrival.
The apartment was lovely and was very well appointed.- It was clear that our host had anticipated what guests would appreciate and a lot of thought had gone into the additional touches that made the stay very comfortable. There were even some books, magazines and board games which was a nice gesture.
It was also clean and modern with fresh decor.
We were very comfortable in the apartment during our stay.
There was a lot of noise from people leaving the local pub at closing time on our first evening. This lasted an hour .
On our second night the noise at shutting time was a lot less and was over in 10 minutes.
The shower screen rubber seal was not too efficient at keeping the shower water from escaping outside the area and could benefit from a replacement seal but that's no reflection on the nice time we spent in the apartment.

Apartment is very clean and spacious. Lovely decor and felt very homely. Free teas and coffee provided which was a nice touch. Located in the centre of Perth and very close to bars and restaurants.
