locating the lockbox based on the instructions was not straightforward, there was a picture of the box but not telling you where it is.
the pictures are deceptive, the 'terrace' was a small balcony' in the studio I had and it gave onto the flat doors across, no natural light and no seeing the sky but also no privacy whatsoever, so if you wanted to change or anything, I needed to close the blackout curtains. No way I could have sat on the balcony, it felt a very strange experience as so many people were just a couple of meters away getting in and out of the other flats. No way you could keep the windows open at night as very noisy, courtyard effect.
The kitchen was not well equipped, not even a wooden spoon -or equivalent, a massive frying pan (8-10 people) rather than one to do scramble eggs for one or two! No appliances notice so trying to get the hob to work meant that I ended up asking the customer service as I got stuck -and I am not completely stupid! it took a while for them to find the answer but they were responsive.
Over priced for the experience I had, sadly not for me
