An extremely disappointing stay in a poorly maintained, unclean apartment with multiple broken amenities and promises fr

Nothing

I am extremely disappointed with our stay. The apartment looks nothing like the pictures, and the overall condition is unacceptable. The bathroom window barely closes, the doors and windows let cold air in, and the floor is freezing. The apartment was not clean when we arrived, and the entire place feels neglected and poorly maintained, as if it could fall apart at any moment. There is only one of each piece of cutlery, the microwave is literally on the floor, and although there are pots and pans, there is no stove to cook on. The curtains barely cover the windows, and the bathroom shower does not drain properly, causing water to accumulate and leak around the corner. We also found a bag of sugar spilled inside the cupboard. The apartment is extremely cold. I appreciate that the host brought us a heater, but this does not excuse the poor insulation and overall condition of the property. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was never fixed, despite the host promising to take care of it. Even worse, there was no hot water, despite the host claiming that this issue had been fixed. Having to deal with basic necessities that simply do not work is completely unacceptable. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. The apartment is poorly maintained, not properly cleaned, and does not live up to the expectations created by its listing photos. Several basic amenities were either missing or not functioning, and the issues the host promised to resolve remained unresolved. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone, and I would definitely not stay here again.

Parodie na ubytování

Nic
