Perfect location in a nice quite neighborhood close to public transport
Beds were clean
There was dust on a shelf under the window and bath curtain could be replaced, but rest of the room was clean and pretty nice

L’entrée et la sortie sont très facile et le logement répondais à mes attentes. Shinjuku et Shibuya sont accessible à pieds en 20 à 30 minutes ce qui est top.

Logement idéalement situé pour rejoindre rapidement les principaux points d’intérêt de Tokyo, notamment Shibuya et Shinjuku.
Le logement est facile d’accès et se trouve juste à côté d’une laverie, ce qui est un vrai plus.
Les propriétaires ont été très gentils, serviables et à notre écoute tout au long du séjour.
Je recommande vivement ce logement.

The location of the place.
I know it's written that the place is small.. but we didn't expect it to be really small, it says it's good for 4 people but 1-2 person could stay there comfortably with less luggage.
Mattress is not that comfortable, we could feel the spring.
Floor is not heated.
No one could sleep at the top bunk because the aircon is right next to your face.
