Excellent location. We managed to park in the bays directly opposite which was free all weekend. We loved looking out of our window and seeing the sea. We had tickets to the theatre which is just a few minutes away.
The staff were all very friendly and the pub was certainly busy which was great to see. There was a good variety of live music over the BH weekend.
Breakfast was very good, you need to order/pay for this the evening before. As well as your cooked breakfast choice cereals, hot drinks, juices and toast are all included to help yourself to so very good value for money.
There are a few cosmetics that look like they are in the process of being sorted (round the door frames etc) however the room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable and nice towels which are the main things in our opinion.
We would definitely return.

I really like the location, the pub and staff etc. We have stayed before and got a beautiful room overlooking the sea which is why we rebooked. We are ok with the noise as it never goes on too late and we enjoy being one of the customers in the pub. It was also our Wedding Anniversary so as we love Hunstanton we thought this could be the perfect way to spend it.
Unfortunately this time we got room number 10 - it was awful. It was like a prison cell, one tiny bathroom window with a shocking view of some stairs. The bathroom sliding door kept coming off the rails and the bed you could feel the springs in the mattress. No hair dryer, some sort of place to hang clothes but you couldn't swing a cat. It was in great need of decorating with paint peeling off in areas and to think I had to leave my card details in case I did any damage, I think they should have paid us ! This room was still over £80 for one night so not cheap.
