There is a lot to like about this place - the location is very good for visiting Leeds city centre (a 20-25 walk along the canal, or a 15-20 minute walk along roads), and the property had everything we needed to self-cater. There is an allocated parking space, and there are other places to park on the estate. The host is also very helpful and responsive to messages (I won't go in to detail on here, but there was an issue when we were there which Rob sorted out very quickly and professionally). I would be more than happy to recommend this as a place to stop if you are visiting Leeds or the surrounding areas.
That said, there is one thing I think that can be improved upon, and a couple of things to note for prospective clients. The thing that could be improved is the downstairs bed, as in my view, it wasn't that comfortable (the mattress has been well used, to the point that I could start to feel the springs in the mattress when lying down in bed - not a deal breaker, more a note to the host that this might be worth replacing soon). Also, the property is laid out over three floors, but the bottom and top floors are where you find the bedrooms and bathrooms, with the living and kitchen area on the middle floor. Finally, there is no garden or anywhere you can spend time outside in a private area (the only place you can be outside is by walking out the front door and being on the estate). All that said though, my recommendation to stop here still stands!
