Large and bright. Has everything you are likely to need. Good parking. Close enough to walk into city centre.
Not able to use the private gates to access the city more conveniently (these belong to the adjacent flat blocks).

Easy to locate the box and enter the code to get the keys. It's right next to the entrance of the car park.
There wasn't anything not to like. Fully met expectation.

Apartment is a great size and is easy walking distance to Leeds city centre - about 15/20 minute walk by the canal. Not worth the money, not clean
Where to start?! The car parking space listed wasn't available so had to ring the host and be told to use another number. The communal areas in the apartments are not clean. We'd booked (and paid for) early check in so we could shower and eat before we went out. The host forgot and so the cleaner had only just arrived when we got there. Host only offered to refund half of the early check in fee which is unacceptable as all we were able to do was drop off bags and food (in a dirty fridge) and leave all of our belongings with the cleaner. "Sofabed" is not a sofa bed, it's just a sofa which is technically long enough to lie down on - not suitable for the 3 nights I was sleeping on it. Neither were the entirely missing blinds in the living room meaning bright light at 5am and no privacy. Blinds were also broken in bedroom and fell on my daughter. Apartment was not clean - cooking fat left in a tray in the oven, toothpaste and saliva in the bathroom, a used vape in the sugar cannister among many other things. Only one TV of the 3 actually connected to a streaming service. Host didn't reply to a single message while we were there. Now pursueing a complaint with Booking.com.
