The location was excellent — close to the beach, supermarkets, shopping centres and most of the places we wanted to visit, while still being far enough away from the busy areas to be very quiet at night. For us, it was the perfect location.
The apartment itself was very cosy and extremely comfortable. One of the biggest highlights for me was definitely the air conditioning. We had a few very hot days during our stay, and having good AC made a huge difference.
Everything in the apartment, from the appliances to the kitchen utensils, felt almost brand new and was very well looked after. The whole place was spotless when we arrived. The bed was firm but very comfortable, and we slept really well.
We spent a few evenings staying in, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals easily without any fuss. The shower was excellent, and having both a washing machine and a tumble dryer was a big bonus, especially as we could get all our clothes washed and dried before travelling back home.
The balcony is small, but more than enough to sit outside in the evening, relax and enjoy the breeze.
Overall, everything was excellent and I honestly couldn’t find anything to fault. We had a fantastic stay and would happily stay here again.
This is honestly just me being very picky, because I really couldn’t find anything negative about the apartment itself.
When we arrived, we were given a small map showing where to park, as the street is quite narrow and most local residents park along the side of the road. We arrived quite late at night after meeting some friends for dinner in Maspalomas, and when we looked at the map, we found it a little difficult to understand exactly where the car park was.
It took us around 20 minutes to find it, which was actually quite funny afterwards because the parking area is right in front of the apartment, just below it. Once you know where it is, it’s incredibly easy.
So this is really only a small suggestion rather than a negative point: perhaps a slightly clearer map, a photo, or a more detailed explanation of how to find the parking area would make things easier for guests arriving for the first time, especially at night.
But again, I really want to stress that this did not affect our stay at all. Everything was excellent, and I honestly couldn’t fault the place even if I tried.

La decoración y luminosidad del apartamento te hace sentir bienvenido desde el primer momento. Salón y dormitorio extraordinariamente cómodos. Cocina muy bien equipada tanto de electrodomésticos como de utensilios. disponer de aire acondicionado aporta mucha comodidad. El baño es amplio, con una ducha muy cómoda. Disponer de plaza de aparcamiento facilita enormemente la estancia. ubicación excepcional y zona muy tranquila con supermercado a dos minutos caminando y playa a 5 en coche. un10 sin duda.
Pondría una televisión en el dormitorio.
