Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few minor improvements needed.

The apartment was overall clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay. It offers a spacious living area and two bedrooms, providing plenty of room to relax. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Piazza San Zeno and close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

Finding a parking space in the area was quite difficult. The bathroom showerhead was broken, and there were no hooks to hang towels. The kitchen could also be better equipped: there was only one cooking pot, three worn and dirty frying pans, and just one teaspoon. The terrace has great potential, but it appears old and would benefit from better maintenance.

It wasn't clean no WiFi no broom we were 5 and we had only 2 mugs 1 spoon 1teaspoon no liquid soap no tabel clothes and they left us half an hour outside waiting

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – leider nicht zu empfehlen Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar groß und gut gelegen, allerdings war der Zustand bei unserer Ankunft sehr enttäuschend. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr schmutzig und deutlich abgewohnt. Das Geschirr war teilweise noch mit Essensresten versehen, in den Gläsern befanden sich noch Weinreste. Auch der Fußboden war derart verschmutzt, dass wir ihn während unseres Urlaubs gleich zweimal selbst gründlich putzen mussten. Besonders bedenklich fanden wir, dass teilweise Steckdosen aus den Wänden hingen. Die gesamte Ausstattung machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck und war zudem für die angegebene Anzahl an Personen nicht ausreichend. Trotz der guten Lage und der großzügigen Räumlichkeiten können wir die Ferienwohnung aufgrund des mangelhaften Zustands und der unzureichenden Ausstattung leider nicht empfehlen.
