The apartment is absolutely stunning and has great potential. The rooms are generous and very well laid out. The towels and bed linen were clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The location is excellent: a quiet area within walking distance of Verona city centre, with nice restaurants and good grocery shops nearby. Being on the ground floor was also a plus, as we didn't have to carry our luggage up and down stairs. I also loved that all the windows had mosquito nets, which was a really nice and practical touch.
There was no communication from the host, and I had to ask where to collect the key on the day of arrival. When I reported that both TVs were missing and mentioned several other issues, I received no reply.
The apartment felt very bare and wasn't well prepared for guests. The living room rug was very dirty, while a sealed rug was left under the TV stand for no apparent reason. The dishes, pots and table mats were dirty, and there were no useful pots or pans for cooking, so I didn't cook during our stay. There was no kettle, toaster or coffee machine, and no kitchen towels, tissues, salt, oil, condiments or liquid soap. Thank God there were tea bags and brown sugar, although three of the tea bag boxes were expired, dating from July 2023, January 2024 and September 2025.
The freezer was building up ice and leaking underneath. There is also a storage area locked with chains and a padlock, which didn't make the apartment feel particularly welcoming. The wardrobes have keys, but none could be found in the apartment, and the doors are difficult to open as you have to bend all the way down to pull them. There were, however, random keys left in different places around the apartment, which gave the impression that things were not properly organised.
The ironing board was torn, although there was a brand-new one stored underneath it. The AC in the hallway was leaking, with some damage already visible to the skirting board, suggesting this wasn't a new issue. There is also no AC in the bedrooms, so the bedroom doors need to remain open to cool them.
Finally, building works meant there was a lot of drilling and hammering in the mornings, including over the weekend.

It was so spacious. Perfect location and very equiped!
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. A couple of small additions could make the experience even better, such as an electric kettle for coffee,tea and a soap holder in the bathroom. These would be especially convenient for future guests. Thank you for hosting us!

Incredibly well kept facilities with great value for money. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. The washing machine and dishwasher were also very appreciated by us and the rooms were homely. Property owner was also very friendly and had great communication with us.

Struttura accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio e impeccabilmente pulita. Gli ambienti, dotati di tutti i comfort necessari, rendono il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole. La posizione è ottima: con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti si raggiunge comodamente l'Arena.
