L accueil de l hôte et la proximité entre la chambre et la salle de bains
Un peu difficile à trouver car les gps sont imprécis dans ce type de résidence mais heureusement l hôte envoie des explications claires avant l arrivée.

Расположение далеко от центра, но зато поблизости есть большие супермаркеты.
Это проживание в семье - тут уж на любителя (мне такой вариант не очень комфортен).
