Great location right on the edge of downtown Saugatuck. 2nd floor unit, Right on the water with balcony. Comfortable bed in the bedroom and everything we needed in the kitchen. Check-in was easy.
Payment occurs outside of booking.com which is fine just a bit inconvenient. Charter fishing boats leave every morning at dawn so there is some noise when the boats are prepping to leave. One window is missing a blind. Couch bed is not very comfortable.

Location is town is fantastic and the unit is spacious. Looks right out on the water. Modern decor and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery. Easy to access with a pin pad. Central AC. Provided a welcome basket of 4th of July goodies. A nice touch.
Very basics in the kitchen. Just salt and pepper. No sugar, coffee, or oil so plan for that. Also the place vibrates like you are above a jet engine (must be a commercial refrigerator or compressor in the business below) but it’s pretty intense. The balcony is just above the fish cleaning area so when you are outside, it’s a bit fishy smelling.
