Communication from Elena and Irma was greatly appreciated. We arrived around 8:30pm from the train station and Elena was wonderful with directions and patiently waited for our arrival to greet us and orient us to the property. Elena was generous with her time, information and kindness. The room & bathroom were spacious, bed was comfortable, expresso pods and machine provided in room, could not ask for more. Bonus: we had access to a common room with kitchen, refrigerator, washer & dryer.
The location was central and walkable to tourist attractions; accessible to many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in walking distance. Bus station is around the corner and easy to navigate. Safe neighborhood.

Irma was a wonderful host the location of the hotel is excellent. Lots of coffee shops and little stores to explore. Not too far from shopping and the Vatican.
