Welcome to Heritage Sands! This oceanfront and beachfront freestanding condo is a prime vacation destination and is rare to the Summer rental market. THIS IS A TWO WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL per association rules. Come to this beautiful 3 BR, 2.5 Bath home and leave your cares behind! Three Oceanfront Decks! Relax and listen to the ocean waves come ashore on the private association beach. Enjoy feeling the sand between your toes just steps outside the door. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower when the beach activities are done. At the end of the day, gaze upon the beautiful sunsets while sitting on one of the three decks. Located within a gated community, there is also a clubhouse, association pool and gym for added amenities.
