We are delighted to offer this fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in the heart of Windsor. Ideally located just moments from the shops, restaurants, and bars along St Leonards Road, the property is also within easy reach of both mainline railway stations.
The Space:
Set within a secure, private, and quiet complex, the apartment features a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and induction hob. The double bedroom offers a built-in wardrobe, while the modern bathroom includes a bath with an over-bath shower.
The apartment also benefits from an allocated parking space at the front of the building. All furniture shown in the photos is included, making this a comfortable and move-in-ready home-from-home.
Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest.
Guest Access:
The flat is in a secure block, you will share access with other tenants, but the flat itself is all yours. The parking is allocated for the flat within the gated community.
