Located on Lake Pleasant - Part of the Cobbossee River - Three bedrooms, Finished basement with fireplace - Master Bedroom and Living Room also fire place - Have Hot Tub, Peloton bike - Three Kayaks and Canoe available in season. Beautiful quiet sunroom. 20 Minutes to Freeport - 35 minutes to Portland. Located in middle of Bowdoin, Colby, Bates Colleges. 12 Minutes to Augusta.
