The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, slow cooker, Soda stream, mix master, sandwich toaster and an air fryer.
Rainwater is plumbed to the kitchen.
The bathroom has both a shower and a toilet and a second toilet is separate and isolated from the bathroom at the rear of the house.
An 8.5kg front load washing machine is available for guest use with a clothesline in the backyard.

Guests will be provided with both front and back door keys upon arrival from a key safe on the property.
Other than the locked attached carport, the entire house and yard is available for guest use.
There is secure off-street parking for a boat or trailer in the backyard with entry through double gates behind the carport upon request.
Host will not always be available in person but can be telephoned or emailed when required.
Whilst your host endeavours to respect guests privacy during stays, any blatant disregard of the few house rules will not be tolerated, with any damage or excessive cleaning billed to you.
