Overall the place is great. Nice and clean, big bedrooms with comfy beds and air conditioning. Right across from the tram stop so very convenient to get into centre of Rome. Host was great with great communication and had a bunch of bottles of water in fridge and some snacks in cupboard when we arrived so that was helpful. Only a couple of things to be aware of. There are 2 big bedrooms, kitchen and a nice dining table and chairs but no living room so if with family or friends nowhere really to sit together in evening other than at the table. The bedrooms do have a couple chairs in each of them and we made it work but just to be aware of. Also not host fault but lift was a bit intermittent and place is on 3rd floor so had a few times of having to walk up 4 flights of stairs after a long day. Credit to Gianmarco, he did contact them as soon as I made him aware and it did get fixed. Overall the stay was great and would highly recommend.

Great apartment. Very well kept and beautiful, super quiet at night for a good sleep. Really everything we need and more, a kitchen with everything that you would ever need a cappuccino machine, etc. Water, coca cola, milk And a few more things for breakfast that it was super handy for us and we really appreciated. Super Easy access with bus and tram stop at the door. If you are thinking in a book this apartment do it. I am super happy with our decision. It's our 3rd time in Rome and this was the nicest place. Also a big supermarket at 3 blocks away, cafes etc. Good communication too. Thank you for everything, we love the apartment.
