Embrace your most intimate fantasies at this `50 Shades` themed cabin. This is a newly built cabin with an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The cabin is equipped with mood lighting, candles, and intimate decor to set the stage for a romantic getaway.

The dining area is where the fun starts with a private bar setup for you to create your favorite cocktails using the provided high end glassware. The bar is stocked with all the tools needed to make craft drinks. Explore the provided recipe books to find your new favorite drink. Bring your own alcohol and mixers.

The party continues on the back patio with an outdoor living room fully equipped with a fireplace, propane BBQ grill, a large TV, and comfy outdoor furniture. Also on the patio is the hot tub deck where you can enjoy the hot tub in the trees with sunset views that are simply to die for.

Set the mood in the bedroom by turning on the mood lights - choose from 4 different light settings to get the mood just right. The bedroom is equipped with a cross, bench, and swing for tons of fun. Accessories such as whips, paddles, floggers, and more are provided for even more fun!

Bearly Behavin is located in the Eagle Mountain development next to all of the best parts of Hochatown. It is close enough to all the action, but just far enough away to allow for privacy.
General
- We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests!
- Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you are liable to pay a $1000 smoke ozone treatment plus any additional costs to restore the property
- You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay
- If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly
- Guests use hot tub, specialty furniture, swing, and props at their own risk

Dogs
- Only authorized dogs under 50lbs are allowed on the property
- No dogs on the furniture or in the bed
- Pets must kept in a crate when the owners are away

Furniture / Fixtures
- Please do not move furniture - it will damage our beautiful floors
- Our furniture is unique and designed for ultimate romance and functionality. - - Use the furniture at your own risk.
- The hanging chair in the bedroom is limited to holding 1 person at a time and has a maximum capacity of 250 lbs.
- Guests will be financially responsible for damage caused by swinging or excessive roughness.

- Props are provided for guests to use in a safe manor
