Lovely hotel, new facilities, very clean and well maintained. Staff is very kind and attentive to our needs. Loved the rooms! Great for families!
The bed mattresses are very hard and not very comfortable.
If you are booking in advance dinner for you stay, drinks are not included! You have to pay for water or any other beverage. The dinner package is only for the food in the buffet which is very basic so I wouldn’t recommend it. Better to just order with breakfast and the rest of the meals to order from the restaurant and pay separately.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Looks and decor were amazing. Food was too good. Loved the gnocci and Caprese salad with olive oil sorbet.
The swimming pool and spa was not working. They should mention it while booking. Also the TV had only youtube. The hotel network didn't allow to watch Netflix. You cannot connect your phone which is very basic and we found it in all small apartments even. So you expect that in such big hotel. After the shower the bathroom becomes wet as not fully closed.
