The house is nice, the bed is super comfy and the location is nice. We moved around Vienna with bike sharing and there are many bike spots around the apartment.
The apartment was a little dirty when we arrived, but the major issue was with the hot water: we had to reset the water heater at least twice every shower to get some warm water.

Great location, the apartment is very cozy, well furnished, well equipped, has high ceilings, all kitchen appliances+ salt, oil etc.Very friendly and responsive host, easy check-in.
Maybe a shampoo bottle would be helpful, also I am not sure the batteries in the remotes are working, and the clock batteries are definitely dead

Loved the location - out of the typical touristy area, but very easy to walk, train or bus to the city centre, and walking distance from great food spots and iconic sights (like the Belvedere Palace, which was a 20-minute walk away). The property itself was spacious and comfortable for myself and my partner, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. The inclusion of a washer-dryer was also a big plus.
Perhaps could've been a tiny bit cleaner, but it was not a significant or bad issue, just something we noted.

très bien situé près d'une ligne de tram directe pour le centre ville.
la propreté du logement laissait à désirer .moutons près des murs Et surtout il y avait des traces d'un traitement anti fourmi près des plinthes. Ces fourmis ont d'ailleurs envahi la kitchenette dès le lendemain de notre arrivée et il y a eu 2 autres traitements avec des produits nocifs qui m'ont occasionné des maux de tête . Nous avons donc cohabité avec les fourmis pendant 5 jours !!!!
Par ailleurs j'ai dû envoyer des mails chaque jour pour régler ce problème. en vacances on a autre chose à faire !!!
C'est inadmissible et devrait donner lieu à un remboursement partiel de mon paiement.
Par ailleurs la chaudière ne permettait pas de prendre plus de 2 douches chaudes par jour au total ..... c'est quand même très insuffisant pour une location surtout en en période de canicule !!!!!
C'est dommage que cette location soit aussi peu entretenue
