Very big apartment with all amenities (including equipment for little kids and babies). It on the fourth floor, but there is an elevator (small for 4 pers max). Extremely well located and you can just walk to local restaurants/shops etc, or walk to the metro, tramway and bus hubs that are all available nearby. It was a very convenient and comfortable 4 days living in this apartment. Easy access from the airport as the airport express bus (no 100) gets you at about 300m for the building door.

The apartment is in a brilliant location, you can see the Budapest Wheel from the windows. It's a good size and is generally well equipped.
We stayed during a heatwave and the AC was not working. The temperature inside the house was 32C (there is a reader in the corridor) with the AC running. We could barely sleep. There was only one fan in the apartment that we placed in the room that got even less of the AC than the main room. Our concerns were dismissed, saying the unit was serviced around May so should be working well in August when we stayed there. We asked for another fan at least to make it bearable but were told there isn't any.
