very nice and comfortable apartment in a great location, well equipped, spacious and beautiful. didn't meet the hosts- but the instrasion they sent were clear. would love to get back there next time I'm in the city.

Communication from the point of booking with the host was excellent. Comfortable beds. A great touch was the basket of snacks, water and beer available in the apartment at a very reasonable cost.
It was very noisy til at least 3.30am on the Friday evening (OK on the other nights we stayed) The venue is situated very close to the riverside, which is good, but there were lots of revellers having a good, but very rowdy time ( good for them but not for us as we are in our 70s).

Poor heating in the smaller room closer to the main door, even by turning up the temperature.
Kitchen supplies - could have provided some oil and salt. Baking paper or even baking tray would have been good if there is an oven in the apartment.
Washing and dryer outdated in my opinion.
Granted we had some knitwear but we've even used laundromats and never had an issue but this washer left our clothes sopping wet.
Dryer didn't do much even with it being on for over an hour.
Hair-dryer stops working after a couple of minutes.
