Spacious and comfortable. Staff even though not at the property were very responsive and friendly. Location was great for downtown proximity to attractions. Clear steps to checking into the property. Nice amenities, and everything was provided in the unit.
The going back and forth when you first get there to get the parking pass was difficult but manageable. Maybe look into a way to streamline better? Check out was also not working right, but I just sent them screenshot of the error and was able to check out that way.

Location, 3rd floor courtyard
Parking!! MY CAR WAS TOWED FROM OUR PARKING GARAGE BECAUSE HOUSE KEEPING CLEANERS DIDN'T PLACE PARKING PASS IN PLAIN SITE AND VISIBLE DURING CHECK-IN AND NOBODY TOLD US!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER DRIVING 6.5 HOURS, I GOT IN MY ROOM CAR STILL PACKED AND WENT TO SLEEP. WOKE UP TO MY CAR BEING 30 MINUTES AWAY AND TOW COMPANY NOT BEING OPEN 24 HOURS SO HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 9:30 THAT NIGHT TO GET IT, $165 TOWING FEE AND $24.00 LYFT DRIVER LATER.
IF YOUR CAR IS MISSING CALL, THEY TOWED IT AFTER 1ST NIGHT...
AND THIS IS 100% SELF SERVICE SO THERE IS NOBODY THERE TO HELP YOU.
