Pretty much everything was great. It was clean, spacious, safe and near enough to walk to most places.
Our parking badge did not work for most of the stay. We were able to get in but it was a bit of a struggle.

Great location
Property nice and clean, and spacious
Made use of the laundry facilities in the room which was a pleasant surprise!
Good communication from hosts
Generally facilities were great - washing and dishwasher pods available, coffee supplies, etc.
Would definitely stay again/recommend
Was just missing a hairdryer - I didn't contact the hosts to enquire, just chosen not to wash hair but would be helpful if there was a hairdryer!
The corkscrew bottle opener was broken. Again, not a huge drama, we managed!

Studio was dusty and floor dirty in places

Plenty of room in the apartment for four adults. Convenient location to NuLu neighborhood.
The communication with host was a nightmare. We stayed three nights and the first two nights did not have access to parking because garage keys were not provided. I made more than 4 phone calls to try to resolve the parking access. Spoke to a resident in the building who stated this is a well-known issue with CozySuites.
