Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was close to everything. 5 minutes from 4th Street Live, 5 minutes from the ballpark and Angel's Envy. Multiple breweries very close by. The place was very comfortable and quiet.The not so great... A/C unit was broken when we got there. Scott came out right away to check on it and realized it wasn't fixable. He brought window units that night and installed them. Very quick to respond. His electrician was at the place on Tuesday to assess. We planned to sleep in on Wednesday but had the A/C guys there to replace the whole unit, so they were in and out of the house all day. Nice team, but we essentially had to share the house for the first 3 days of our 5 day vacation. That was a bit frustrating, but cannot control Mother Nature, but hoped for a little price break.One thing to mention is the master bathroom. There is a claw foot tub with a shower and wrap around curtain. Showering was a challenge because the curtain attacked you from all sides.If you are looking for a convenient place in Louisville, you cannot go wrong. The A/C was a one time thing. Everything else about the place (save the hostile shower curtain) was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was within walking distance to many great restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for to feel more like home. Neighborhood is quiet for the most part except the occasional helicopter in the middle of the night. Host is great with communication.

Was able to park in front of house and neighborhood was quiet and nice. Had issue getting into house as had received an access code that was later changed and not communicated. Not sure why would be sent a code that would later be changed. Had to sit outside the house for about 30 minutes while getting into contact with host and getting the right code. House was clean inside but outside porch, walks, and deck were somewhat dirty. Was reasonably well equipped but had a number of maintenance issues. e.g. Had to problem solve and fix no internet access, coffee maker had to be replaced, gate at front of property drags on sidewalk and difficult to open. Host was fairly responsive to address issues.
