Hidden gem, just outside Ilfracombe. We had our small dog, so this was ideal. Great host (Sue). Pub meals were excellent!

Pub closed on Sunday night and Monday, but we were able to purchase a bottle of wine to drink on the veranda š

Didnāt stay for breakfast. The location was peaceful and in the heart of a small village. In the morning dozens of swallows were sitting on the telephone wires over the car park.
Couldnāt really fault the place.

Nice bar area, nice food, rooms nice.
Our bathroom had the most disgusting smell, so much so we had to use my mums bathroom just down the hall (luckily she was staying too). The smell obviously seeped into the bedroom area making it very unpleasant to be in, thankfully we were only there for one night! When the manager was informed, he was extremely none caring and none apologetic.
