The window was inoperable & boarded up which is against State of Florida housing code.
This left the apartment in complete darkness whether day or night no natural light or fresh air was able to be accessed.
After requesting the landlord to make the window operable / to open the window or put in a screen door which she refused to do. I notified code enforcement office and she was given a citation for building code violation which requires every studio (converted or built) must provide access to fresh air and natural light by having at least operable window or screen door to allow fresh air and natural light.
In retaliation, she claimed she never gave me permission to use my small portable washing machine on her premises.
