Very big & spacious room, the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in 10/10 for that, really good location just a short walk to the boulevard.
Would definitely recommend!

L'emplacement à 10 minutes à pied du Paris, le parking gratuit, les équipements, le balcon avec vue, la propreté, le confort général, la réactivité du personnel
En cas de souci dans l'appartement, il faut passer par Booking et non par la réception. Le canapé-lit pas très confortable.

The room was spacious, had a nice balcony (with no chairs, however), had a mini-kitchen, and had a nice bathroom. (see below on condition). The lazy river and all of the pools at the MGM were awesome and a nice amenity that was included in the room.
(See pictures below) We couldn't even use the shower on the first day! It just didn't work and they had to have a maintenance man come. I used the whirlpool, since the shower was broken, and the scum that came out of the jets was disgusting. One of the double sinks was atrocious when we arrived. I had to clean it and it looked as though it was spotted from somebody dying their hair in the sink. The bench type chairs/stools were stained. My husband put on black socks and the attached pictures showed how dirty they became by merely walking around in the unit. The internet was not consistant enough for my husband to conduct a board meeting without having to use our hotspot, even though another participant had good enough internet service on another floor in the hotel. The final blow was when the owner wouldn't even give us an extra 30 minutes after check out because they said that they had to have time so they could correct all of the cleaning problems for the next guests!! The fact that they didn't have a well maintained clean unit penalized us again! The owner wouldn't even grant us a few minutes nor an apology.
