This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located just 300 metres from the beach in Porto De Mós, Lagos.
Communal pool, heated indoor pool and gym.
Bright and airy living room, tastefully decorated, in a contemporary style. Panoramic sliding windows open out onto the spacious balcony.
Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all amenities (including an espresso machine). Dining area.
Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Sliding doors open to the balcony with pool and ocean views.
Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower cabin and have direct access to a balcony with a view of the condominium's grown garden and a glimpse of the sea view.
The spacious balcony overlooking the pool area is ideal for outdoor dining at any time of the day or night. Furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Automatic awnings, remotely operated. Countertop with dishwasher. Beautiful sea view towards the beach, which is approximately 300 meters away on foot.
All bed linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided.
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.

Direct access to the outdoor pool from the garden area that extends to the side and back of the building. Free access to the heated indoor pool and well-equipped gym from inside the building, through the garage.
There is free parking nearby the condominium gate, but there is no parking space in the garage.

Pets are not allowed.
A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.

A short walk from the apartment you will find two excellent restaurants located on Porto de Mós beach.
The city of Lagos is within walking distance (approximately 30 minutes) with lots of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, not to mention the Marina.
The use of a car is recommended.
There is no bus service.
For stays of 28 days or more, utilities (water, gas and electricity) will be charged.
There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and the agreed price.
