This apartment is stunning, tastefully designed yet practical with all the facilities (and more) you need for your stay. We were blown away by the level of detail applied and the high-end furnishings and equipment. Everything was spotlessly clean. The view of the Atlantic from the bedroom and the terrace was beautiful. Communication with the host was great, Tetiana was reactive and responsive to all messages before, during and after our stay. The beach is a short walk, and there is a rooftop bar which serves delicious burgers and drinks all day. So convenient! I would love to stay here again if we come back to the Algarve. It would be interesting to learn about the apartments' renovations, such great design choices!
The apartment complex outside is poorly maintained, but you are very separate and private with our own corridor, this is something that the host has mitigated and not in their control.

This property was absolutely AMAZING. You couldn't beat the location- a short Uber/Bolt trip from the train station, a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and lots of options for restaurants nearby. The property itself is stunning- new construction, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you might need. There is also a shared laundry area with washer and dryer which is super convenient. The pool was great for our boys, ages 4 and 7, with a more shallow area that they could swim in safely. Tetiana, the property manager, was SO responsive and helpful. I would 1000% recommend staying here and if we ever find ourselves in Lagos again, will definitely come back!

Vraiment bien accueillis. Nous avons adoré le logement beau et très confortable. Tout pour la plage. Parking pour la voiture toujours disponible

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit allen evtl. benötigten Gegenständen von Gewürzen bis hin zu Strandstühlen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung war modern, aber eher darauf ausgerichtet auf den ersten Blick schön auszusehen, als wirklich praktisch in der Nutzung zu sein. Ein recht schöner Strand war zu Fuss in max. 5 Min. erreichbar. Hier sind auch zwei sehr touristische Restaurants. Bis zum Ortszentrum oder anderen Stränden läuft man schon min. 30 Minuten. Parkplätze waren an der Unterkunft vorhanden, aber trotz zweiter Parkmöglichkeit eher knapp bemessen. Da wir in der Hauptsaison da waren, hatten wir das Glück, dass ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet in der Anlage angeboten wurde. Das Angebot war überschaubar aber vollkommen ausreichend und mit 10 Euro pro Person recht günstig.
Das Gebäude, in welchem sich das Appartement befindet, ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben es als weniger gepflegt und ohne schöne Atmosphäre empfunden. Das gilt auch für den Poolbereich, an welchem es zudem keinen einzigen Schattenplatz und auch keine Sonnenschirme gibt. Die Einrichtung des Appartements selbst ist auf den ersten Blick schön, modern und gepflegt. Will man es aber nutzen ist einiges sehr unpraktisch z.B. ein Waschbecken was knapp über Kniehöhe platziert ist, dazu ein Mini-Spiegel, welcher an einem Band von der Decke hängt und sich ständig dreht, so dass man nie etwas sieht... Es gibt noch ein zweiten Bad direkt neben der Küche. Hier hat es aber die ganze Woche extrem nach Kanalisation gestunken (aus der Toilette oder den Abflüssen, genau konnten wir es nicht lokalisieren). Sobald die Sonne aufgeht ist es Taghell in dem Appartement, da die Vorhänge das Licht durchlassen. Direkt über dem Appartement befindet sich der Restaurant- / Poolbereich. Werden zum Frühstück Stühle und Tische verschoben oder später Poolligen hört man dies sehr gut. Auch gegenüber dem benachbarten Appartement ist es teilweise sehr hellhörig. Enttäuscht waren wir besonders von dem Aussensitzplatz. Eigentlich ist direkt vor der Eingangstür des Appartements ein kleiner Teil des Absatzes der öffentlichen Treppe der gesamten Appartementanlage mit Blumentöpfen abgeteilt und man hat zwei Stühle und einen Tisch auf ein bis zwei Quadratmeter gequetscht. Wenn man dort sitzt (ohne jegliche Bewegungsfreiheit) schaut man auf direkt auf eine Mauer / Hecke. Poolbar / Burgerrestaurant der Anlage befinden sich in der Etage über dem Appartement. Bis 22.00 Uhr ist sowieso mit Geräuschbelästigung zurechnen. Im Nachbargebäude befindet sich auf dem Dach auch eine Bar, bei welcher nicht um 22.00 Uhr Schluss war. Die Kombination, aus all diesen einzeln gesehen vielleicht Kleinigkeiten, führt dazu, dass wir das Appartement nicht empfehlen würde.
