Top 10 destination and POOL/HOT TUB OPENS APRIL 21 2025!! ! Retreat to this newly updated Studio with Lake Winnipesaukee views. 1mi. to Weir’s beach. Stocked kitchen with brand new Queen Bed set & private outdoor patio, 55” TV, and AC unit. Centrally located in Lakes Region: Activities galore including mini golf & arcades. Close proximity to mountains, hiking, BOA Pavilion Concerts, boat, breweries, golf, dining. New $500k pool/hot tub, observation deck with sweeping views of lake Winnepesaukee, fire pit, basketball/pickle ball, parking
The space
You will enjoy keyless access to a studio condo with a brand new top of the line Queen Bed Set and 1 Full bathroom stocked with shower essentials and hairdryer. Other amenities include air conditioning and heating, a new 55” Smart TV, high speed WiFi, Fully stocked kitchen with large Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, Keurig Machine, Large Storage Dresser, Microwave, electric hot water kettle, private ground floor walk out patio with access to bbq, picnic tables, and the pool/hot tub to open sometime in June, basketball court/Fire pit just around the corner. There are also luggage dollies, coin operated new laundry onsite, vending machines, a Great Room with ping pong, an arcade, gym, and parking.
Other things to note
We aim for 5 star guest experiences and one way we do so is to keep cleaning/linen/towel service fees extremely low for the area. We can only do so with a little help from you. Please remove the majority of trash with you as you go, especially trash bags with liquids. The dumpster is in the lower parking lot on the way out. There is an Excess Trash fee of $25.
4 inch memory foam topper for bed is located in the large brown deckbox outside the unit. Feel free to use it for additional comfort! The bed is already brand new and extremely comfortable, but it is there for your convenience.
Early Check in/Check out may be available for a $40 fee. Peak Summertime is extremely difficult to accommodate early Check in and late Check out due to same day turnovers.
We provide all bedding and one bathroom towel per person, as well as hand towels. We will try to accommodate additional requests for towels if at all possible. If running the dishwasher please do so before checkout and take trash to the dumpster on the way out in lower parking lot if at all possible.
**Fire pit can be used by guests but cannot be left unattended. Please use in-state wood only as Firewood cannot be transported from out of state. Do not break glass in fire

Spent four nights our host Mike was great. Everything we needed was there the property was clean and well maintained We would definitely stay there again, it was close to everything, only complaint is change the curtains Mike the sunlight shined through at five in the morning, to early to be getting up! LOL ! but seriously thank you Mike for a wonderful stay.

Room was exactly as advertised. All amenities were great. Close walk to Weirs Beach and High Octane. Would definitely stay here again. Host was excellent to deal with and replied to questions right away.

Communications from Michael were excellent. He was always seem available. Upon request, he provide great recommendations of where to eat. The stay was peaceful and everything that was needed was there. It was quiet. The decor was just right. And the view of the lake was nice. The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I felt very relaxed. For busy summer time, Michael’s place was of excellent value.
