Perfectly located for outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy magnificent lake views while sipping your morning coffee or embark on a sunrise paddleboarding adventure. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for any bald eagles or deer passing by! Boat and kayak rentals are available at the June and Gull Lake Marinas within walking distance, with Silver and Grant Lakes not too far away. Not to mention the fantastic trout fishing! Spend a day mountain biking in the city of June Lake, or getting lost on one of the many peaceful hiking trails. Mammoth Mountain and Yosemite National Park (25 miles) offer even more trails for hiking and biking, as well as plenty of winter recreation for year-round fun. During the colder months, shred the powdery slopes at June Lake Mountain Ski Resort just one mile from your front door. Inside, delight in every comfort of home with cozy furnishings, plenty of natural light, and elegant, woodsy decor. Snuggle up by the fire while playing board games or have a family movie night on the large smart TV. When mealtime arrives, whip up a delicious dinner in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances or have a barbecue on the patio. Dine alfresco and bask in the serene landscape. As golden hour approaches, unwind with a glass of wine and great company on the balcony. The glowing mountain peaks and the mesmerizing sight of the Milky Way above create an experience that will linger in your memory forever. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Security camera details: There is a camera located at the front door and at the back of the property facing the lake. There are no cameras located inside the property. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
