The unit is acceptable, but don't expect much support from the property manager.

The property was comfy, clean, and in a great location.

The main reason I gave this place a low review is because of the terrible customer support. We arrived during a winter storm and the property management company made no effort to ensure that we didn't have issues getting into the unit, which we did: the road was not plowed when we arrived, and when we tried calling to ask about getting to the unit, the phone number they provided was just to their office, which was closed at the time; they provided no other way of contacting them. Luckily, the road was eventually plowed and we were able to drive up to the unit and park; however, when we awoke the next morning, we were again snowed in -- which we expected from the weather forecast. Again, when we tried calling the property manager for information about the snowplow schedule, there was no answer. We finally got an answer after the third call (they didn't return our calls from earlier, despite our leaving a message), but when we kindly asked when a snowplow would arrive to clear the driveway (it was already approaching 10 AM), they gave us an attitude saying that everyone was snowed in and that we would just have to wait. We understood that the snowplows were busy, but the attitude, as well as them not giving us an estimated timeframe, was off-putting. We ended up shoveling our way out, which took a couple of hours. We finished around noon and the snowplow had still not arrived. Other properties nearby were having their drives plowed while we were shoveling, so it seemed to us that they just didn't care very much. A man who was driving a snowplow at the nearby units told us that we should have booked with a responsible property management company.

Very comfortable, clean, and enjoyable!

The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine to cook. There’s a large stack of firewood for the wood stove which heated the downstairs and took the chill off the upstairs.

The only minor thing I was disappointed with was there was no propane for the BBQ on the patio. Propane tank was gone. Not sure if this due to some safety concerns or what but in the future I’ll make sure to contact the property manager a few days before

Passable

The property itself is good, has all kinds of supplied, bowls, plates, pots, etc.

The attitude of the property management is really bad. They left a wrong key and we have to go back and forth to get right key, it was midnight and cold, when we ask for some compensation, they said, "I can only give you one dollar if you want", this is insulting! We will never come to this property again!

Great location, but the property is overpriced.

June Lake is a great location

First of all the booking.com misled me with the price of the property. In the list of all available properties, the price was $200, but when I booked the place I realized that it didn't include $100 cleaning fee and $45.7 commission, so the total price for one night was $350. It is my fault that I haven't noticed it, while I was booking, but it is still misleading to show $200 price in first place when the actual price is $350. I think $200 would be a fare price for the place, but not more. The place is pretty small, with only one full bathroom. It was very cold there and humid.

Nice, rustic, adequate, fairly comfortable place to stay. Loved June Lake!

Loved the location right on the creek. Rustic.

A wood stove(good) but no matches provided. (Bad) Only one base board heater upstairs but very old and should be replaced. Light fixtures could be improved

Peaceful creekside condo

View with the creek was nice. Location was within a 5 minute drive to town and lake.

Parking area is a little tight

Unfortunately, we all got altitude sickness and we did not enjoy the last day. The cabin was very cozy and right next to a creek... very peaceful. I wish the altitude would have not affected us so much. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

We were double booked and stay at RR Edgewater 16. Place was clean. A lot of stairs. Bottom floor bathroom freezing and leaked everywhere when showering.. Kitchen was nice to cook in but not with adequate utensils. No can opener. Dishes were everywhere had to look in every cabinet to find something no organization at all. No serving spoons.

Birch Creek is slightly off the main road and blended in the trees. It is a nice quiet place to stay

I did arrive early and the key was already waiting for me. It was convenient and a pleasant surprise. The location of the unit faces a small stream that is calm and relaxing. The unit had 3 parking spaces which could accommodate 5 or 6 cars.

The wall heater in the unit (#8), was very noisy.
