Exceptional

Perfect place for our family to stay. The best location in town, and the place had everything we needed. It's also a huge plus that we didn't have any neighboring units, it was very peaceful. The water pressure was amazing too. Can't wait to come back soon!

The unit could get a bit warm mid day, but we stayed in the middle of summer.

We thought the place was good for our family to stay for a quick visit in town.

Great location near our favorite spots in town.

There were no toiletries when we checked in, which we didn't notice until after the office had closed, so we had no soap, shampoo, etc. the first night. TV in the master bedroom didn't work. No salt, no coffee filters.

Almost perfect.

Everything was perfect! Clean, near food, easy to get to. So nice and relaxing! This is one of my favorite rentals ever. Right across the street from food so you don't have to go far. Near lots of things to do and outdoor activities. I would stay here again if we are anyway in the area.

Very good

An amazing apartment with lots of space and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We only stayed one night, but could have happily stayed much longer.

The only problem is that we booked for 4 people but there was only one queen bed. I tried contacting the office, but it was closed. We had to search the place for a solution. There was a futon, but no sheets for it, and we found two folding beds, but only one set of sheets. The instructions they left with the key were very detailed, but said nothing about additional sleeping nor an emergency number (which they told me the next morning was behind the door, but none of us saw it). If it hadn't been for this serious problem, it would've been absolutely perfect.

Very good

The location was fun above stores in the town. June Lake was peaceful and quiet the night we were there. We were only here to sleep, but the bed was comfy and there was a roll away bed and futon for our 2 kids to each have their own space to sleep.

Okay, but not what I expected. Not having the Wi-Fi password was unacceptable.

Nowhere was the Wi-Fi password and calling got an answering machine. Expectation that it was a cabin. No, upstairs over the rental office on the main drag.

Such a beautiful spot in a beautiful location 🌞

This property was beautiful! It was located at the perfect area & was absolutely ideal for what my significant other and I arranged for!

The shower head definitely needs to be changed & I wish there was a washer & dryer!

We like everything, I love to make our own breakfast thanks for the nice kitchen and the view was beautiful

Take more time to stay and enjoy the surrounds, other than that I don't have no complaint

Lovely view of June Lake town

Lovely view over the town. Close to all June Lake town's shops and facilities. Central heating was appreciated during the snow storm. Well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and LARGE fridge/freezer.

The well lit advertisement board right Infront of the bedroom window stayed on during the whole night and curtains were inadequate to block the light. We searched booking.com for a two room apartment for four adults. This apartment came up as an option but we found a one bedroom facility with an unmade sleeper couch. We were obliged to rent an additional hotel room elsewhere.

We love this place and hope to stay again.

There are a few maintenance issues in this unit. The dishwasher is not attached (Secured) in it's space, so seems like a disaster could happen easily. Extra quilts in the closet were not clean. The cabinet in bedroom has a cupboard on the bottom that does not close. The kitchen NEEDS a proper cutting board, and a proper knife!

It’s a little on the rough side but was perfect fit for us. Comfortable and everything we needed.

Great location. Large, warm and comfortable. Coffee shop next door.

Don’t forget to clean out the dust bunnies under the bed.

Cozy Place, Great Location

Cozy place for two in a great location! Easy walking access to everything in town. Short drive to the ski resort.

This property is upstairs. Not a issues really, but you do need to haul your stuff up.

Great location and nice views!

- Location is great. - Comfortable bed. - Great view from all windows. - We had trouble with the Wifi connection with the guest network, and the lady at the front desk kindly gave us access to their private network. Thanks!

- Strange light switch in the middle of the guest room could not be turned off without climbing vertical stairs. :) - Showerhead should be replaced, but in general, the bathroom is ok. - Seems the dishwasher was installed incorrectly, it was unstable. - The outer door could not be locked and even could not be closed tightly, needs some repair.

Rainbow Ridge B delivered, and then some. I'm in love.

I loved everything about this place! It's got pretty much all of the amenities of an extended stay rental property, the surroundings are quiet, and the structure itself is just charming to the max. I believe the couch in the living room is a futon, so with the roomy bed in the bedroom, it can easily sleep 4 adults. There's also a ladder on the living room wall that leads up to a little triangle alcove, like an attic. It could be a fun space for a kid with a sleeping bag. The property is on the main street of June Lake (State Route 158), above a realty office. I had a nice time people watching across the street around a bar, and June Pie, a yumtastic pizzeria. Spectacular mountain/forest view beyond 😍 There's also a cafe next door. This place is as convenient as it gets. The staff was very courteous and helpful with wifi assistance. Parking is available in their driveway or on the street. I had a great time staying here. I wish I could just live here!!!

The wind got a little ridiculous during our stay. One morning the plastic chairs and bbq cover were tossed around in the little area outside the entrance. It kinda comes with the territory though. Wifi wasn't working, but I spoke with staff who provided me with alternate login. The signal was a little spotty at times, but given the location, I really can't complain too much about that.
