So peaceful and beautiful views from the deck and an easy walk to the main area for a triathlon my husband was competing in.

Small quiet caravan park.
Excellent view from the balcony.
Well equipped. Especially appreciated the en-suite toilet in the main bedroom and the air-fryer in the kitchen.
Ideal location for us as we were attending an event at the Langston Cliff Hotel across the road.
The gas oven didn’t get hot enough to cook in it, but it didn’t really matter as we were able to use the air-fryer instead.

Beautiful view,peaceful area
The walls in some of the rooms left off a peculiar smell like bo,the oven did not work although they supplied a air fryer but no instructions and no info book for area eg nearest doctor, hospital, dentist, places of interest etc

Breakfast was not included, self catering property. The property had fantastic views and a lovely field at the rear of the dog needed it. Close to Dawlish Warren and if you like walking, Dawlish town was within reach.
The single beds were not very comfortable I’m afraid but perfectly fine for children I would say. Never been anywhere that didn’t provide bed linen, towels in the bathroom or any little extras such as small soaps or any shower essentials. You are told in advance though, I must admit, that you had to bring your own bedding. There weren’t any bin liners to use once you had filled the small one that was firstly put there, also there was no dish cloth to do the dishes.
