Centrally located in Split. Modern, clean & easy check in. Beds were so comfy!! Perfect place to stay in Split.

Lovely, clean apartment on the outside of split

The apartment was spotless. Close enough location to get a 10 minute bus into the center of split. Around a 15 minute walk to the beach where there were many nice restaurants. The owner of the property was fast at communication.

A lack of holiday makers, more of a residential area so have to conscious of noise.

The apartment was very easy to locate also a very clean and spacious apartment with a partial sea view located in a great area with free parking

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very nice apartment – great value for mon

The apartment was just as beautiful, modern and clean as in the pictures. The living room with the kitchen and the three bedrooms are very spacious. There’s also a separate toilet besides the bathroom, which was really convenient. The balcony has a lovely sea view – very charming! The kitchen is well-equipped, even with a dishwasher. We always found parking right in front of the building, even with two cars. There are several small grocery stores and bakeries nearby (50-100 m). The beach is about a 20-minute walk away (around 1.5 km). The host was extremely kind and helpful. Check-in was very easy – the keys were in a safe box and we received the codes the day before arrival. We also travelled with our dog, so it was great that the place is pet-friendly.

The only downside is that the surrounding area is a bit run-down, but probably that’s what makes the apartment such great value for money. The city centre is also a bit far, but since we had a car, it wasn’t really an issue for us.

Velik i udoban smještaj, sve je bilo čisto. Lijepo je objašnjeno kako doći do apartmana. Budemo li opet trebali smještaj u Splitu, ovo će opet biti naš izbor.

Sve je odlično, možda da je neki moderniji aparat za kavu na kapsule, našli smo samo instant kavu 3 u 1 a ne volimo kavu sa šećerom. Inače je sve super 😊
