The location was great as my two adult daughters could walk into the town in 5 minutes yet the property still felt it was in the country with numerous large trees near by

The back lawn could have been better as was rather overgrown There was no kindling but plenty of wood a small hatchet or ready chopped kindling would be good The indoor wood fire was not as user friendly as some and I have had wood fires all my life
