L'hôte est très réactif et très sympathique. Appartement propre et fonctionnel , décoré avec goût, situé près du métro (direct pour gran via) 0et des bus, supérettes et restaurants pas loin.
Possibilité de se garer à 2 pas dans un parking privé fermé.

Personalul a fost foarte amabil și atent. Conditiile de cazare au fost excelente, apartamentul foarte curat și foarte bine dotat. Locația foarte aproape de metroul din Tetuan, aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos și la 2 km de stadionul Santiago Bernabeu.👍👍

Clean, mostly comfortable. Enough space for our family. Generally quiet for a big city, but see negatives.
The location was a bit off the beaten path. Narrow-ish street with limited parking, surroundings a bit dirty. Top floor with no lift, so keep in mind if mobility is an issue. Someone rang our bell at 3am on the first night, claiming to be from food delivery company and asked for some random person. We were promised garage parking but the garage key was not available in the end and we ended up parking on the street. Check-in after certain hours (I think it was 6pm) is charged, payment in cash only. The key host company that met us at the place, sent me incorrect address in another part of the city. After a long drive, this extra driving was annoying. I reported minor damages that we found in the flat on arrival, including a toaster which we discovered was broken when we wanted to toast some bread on the first morning. While not an issue for us, I recommended that they replace it and sent a photo. Imagine my frustration when the host requested 50 euros payment for the damaged toaster, 2 weeks after our stay. All previous communication was apologies for the inconvenience and even an offer to bring a new toaster right away. I call this greed or is it just incompetence?
