We really enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent, with a very friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of high-quality options. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet, providing a great night's sleep. The amenities were also of excellent quality. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Shibuya and other areas of Tokyo, and having a laundromat right next to the hotel was a big plus. We had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, wonderful stylish breakfast. Nice community lounge with free tea & coffees. Internet connection was strong and reliable.
I wish sheard shower, sink & toilets were more clean.. floors, behind the doors, edges were pretty dirty..looks like it didn't get clean for awhile..
Bedrooms were clean and tidy.

Friendly and helpful staff, working AC and new fit out in the dorms. 10 min walk from Shibuya.
Grotty bathrooms and limited number of showers relative to the amount of people on level 2. Also the mixed dorms are quite cramped, there's literally not enough space if everyone has a medium size piece of luggage.
For the price I expected a lot more, if you are looking for a hostel there are others in Tokyo that are nicer for half the price. Maybe having a private room here would be a different experience.
