Good communication with the management company on Email and WhatsApp
Left out luggage prior to check-in at the apartment
We were able to go to the apartment earlier as it had been prepared
Spacious older type apartment but very comfortable
WiFi good throughout
Comfortable beds
Double and a twin even though fairly basic and set up for rental
Air conditioning throughout the apartment and units in each room
There was a nepresso coffee machine, Electric kettle, Toaster Iron, TV
Outside terraces with dining table and chairs overlooking the street and also one to over look the inner garden area
Enjoyed our stay
We loved to two restaurants directly by the apartment.. Alfonso and also the Japanese restaurant across the street
Their key entry system... The key fob and key system in the beginning seemed complicated on arrival as the key pad on the apartment door did not work with the code and we had to use the keybox and physical key
We had help via WhatsApp from the office which was good and efficient
Messaging only
There isn't a full length mirror inside the apartment
And although there is a vintage mirror by the door.. Its not really good for looking in
There are various small points that would make a stay more comfortable but all in all this is a good rental for a. Short stay in Nice close to the main area.

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une rue calme et près du centre ville et de la vieille ville. Cela nous a permis d'effectuer de nombreuses visites à pied.
Les clés de l'appartement devaient être récupérées à l'agence, qui se trouve assez éloignée (surtout avec les valises).
Côté cuisine, il manque un four.

lift to small. shower and urine water holes clogged. hot water in tank is minimum. third person to shower will have no hot water.
