The stay at this apartment started extremely nervous. Several days ago before arrival i hace contacted property to ask f

Only the location was good

They lie about the facilities. There is no coffee/tea maker as listed. In the kitchen there was only electric kettle. It is fair enough, but they should delete the word coffee maker as it was important for me. It was not convenient to wake up every morning get all dressed up to go for a shot of espresso. There is no bathroom amenities as shows photo. There was only blue color shower gel. Towels were ok.

Small but lovely

It was an easy check-in/check-out as the key was in the key box and there was no need to agree upon meet up time with the host like in some other cases. Apartment seems quite newly refurbished, stylish and cosy. The kitchen was well equiped with kettle and oven and all kinds of glasses. Bed was comfortable. Nice location with a short walk to metro station and Zabka just in front of the house. Loved the small balcony overlooking the street.

The curtains do not close all the windows (not enough of them) so if you are used to sleeping with black-out curtains (like I am) it might be difficult. The separate bedroom is not exactly a separate room, as the glass walls do not isolate the sounds, and the curtains that are inside the glass bedroom do not obscure the light. It gives a little privacy, but that's it. The apartment is really small, was quite difficult to find where to place out suitcases, fortunatelly there are wide windowsills. Difficult to open some of the cupboards in the kitchen, some of them you have to push open, others - not, and took some time to figure out whats what :D Quite stingy with supplies as there was only 1 tablet for the dishwasher, just 1 cm soap in the bathroom, washing mashine was there but no washing powder which would be a nice touch.

Stylish apartment with all essentials, but plumbing issues and unpleasant smell made the stay uncomfortable

The apartment has an interesting interior design. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay

While the apartment has an interesting interior and is well-equipped, there was a strong sewage smell inside. The shower drain was clogged, so water quickly overflowed into the bathroom area, making it difficult to take a proper shower. Also, during laundry, water would rise up into the sink for some reason

Extremely disappointing

Early check in

Unfortunately the owner/management was asking for money for some unspecific damage. I was sent a separate link (not via booking.com, which is not how it is suppose to be) to pay for broken blinds. Unfortunately, the flat didn’t have any blind and if anything I was unable to close the curtains properly. I couldn’t adjust the shower temperature for some reasons and amenities were basic at most. Anywho, I was very disappointed with this kind of approach of asking me to pay for something that was not even there. This was a shame as this has never happened to me in the past 10 years of me using booking.com. Please avoid.

Petit appartement décoré avec goût. Propre et confortable. Ce qu'il faut en équipement. Situation idéale dans le centre.

Compliqué de trouver l'entrée du bâtiment (numéro 54 non indiqué, il faut aller dans le fond de la cour à droite). Rideaux non occultants. Un peu juste pour 4 personnes niveau place. Prix quand même un peu cher.
